Online Payments

Online payment services used by Mattei Alternative Medical Council are provided through its merchant accounts which are maintained by the different payment gateway provider. Online Payment Refund & Cancellation Policy

In most cases, no refund will be granted once the payment is made. However, exceptions may be made under following circumstances :

• Multiple payments for same services.
• A candidate paid the fee online but did not get the confirmation due to connection failure and the Council is not able provide softcopy of the Fee Invoice.

Transaction fees charged would not be refunded / reversed for any refund or reversal of any transaction.

Note: For online payments. It is important for candidates to note the transaction number and order no. for future reference and request for any type of refund, for whatsoever reason, will be at the sole discretion of the Council.

All payments are subject to the following conditions:- All Fees quoted are in Indian Rupees. The Mattei Alternative Medical Council reserves the right to change the fees at any time.

• Your payment will normally reach the Mattei Alternative Medical Council account to which you are making a payment as per the policies of payment service provider.
• We cannot accept liability for a payment not reaching the correct Mattei Alternative Medical Council account due to you quoting an incorrect account number or incorrect personal details. Neither can we accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason.
