College Affiliation Process

Mattei Alternative Medical Council provides affiliation to such Institutions/Organizations who can provide regular & distance education to the courses run by the council, such Institutions/Organizations can apply on the prescribed format.

Instruction to Apply For Authorized Institution
If you are a first time applicant you are also requested to download the Common Prospectus and read carefully the Rules of the Council as mentioned in the common prospectus. 
Click on the button NEW REGISTRATION that appears in the applicant login area and fill the required registration details.
Please provide your own email and mobile number at the time of registration.
To login, enter your email in username and password.
If you have already registered i.e you are an existing user click the "LOGIN" button.
Before proceeding for filling the form online the applicant must have the following:-
1. Scanned Photograph (less than 100 KB)
2. Scanned Signature (less than 100 KB)
3. If any Scanned Copy of the Certificate of Registration of the Society/Trust/Company (less than 2 MB)
4. Scanned copy of relevant Educational Qualification (less than 200 KB)
5. Scanned Copy of Aadhar Card (front & back side) (less than 200 KB)
Fee will be paid through Credit card, Debit card, Net Banking, UPI and QR code.
Once you have uploaded the document, click the next button you will get the Form preview option. Save/Print your form for future reference.
Please fill up the details carefully and the relevant documents are uploaded as prescribed.
Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. In case of any applicant found to have paid more fee than prescribed, due to technical reason and on receiving the communication from the said applicant, the said extra payment, if found, shall be refunded to the same origin from which the payment is received.
